John Eldh

President, Global Field Operations

John Eldh is BetterUp's President of Global Field Operations, overseeing the company's go-to-market strategy and execution worldwide. He brings extensive leadership experience in building high-performance teams and driving organizational transformation across diverse markets.

Prior to joining BetterUp, John served as President of ScanSource, a Fortune 1000 company with $3.7B in annual revenue. During his tenure, he spearheaded the company's evolution from a legacy hardware distributor to a progressive, leading-edge hybrid technology solutions provider. Under his leadership, ScanSource delivered consistent and sustainable results across revenue, operating income, and overall profitability while maintaining spending levels.

Before ScanSource, John held several executive leadership positions at CA Technologies, where he was responsible for the global transformation of CA's partner business. As Senior Vice President of the Global Partner Organization, he built and executed a comprehensive strategy to fuel sustainable long-term revenue growth, while leading a 700+ person global partner business with a $500M quota.

His earlier career includes nearly a decade at Symantec in various leadership roles across North America and EMEA. At Symantec, he transformed traditional sales approaches into proactive, revenue-focused business models that delivered substantial growth and built scalable go-to-market strategies across multiple regions.

John also spent over a decade at Gartner, where he held multiple field leadership roles before leading the development of Gartner’s Innovative Inside Sales Organization.

Throughout his career, John has been passionate about developing talent and building high-performance cultures. He has implemented employee development programs that not only accelerate business growth but also improve retention and engagement. His expertise in cross-functional alignment and operational execution supports BetterUp's mission to scale and transform how organizations develop their people.
