Amol is the Senior Vice President of Engineering and AI at BetterUp, where he leads engineering, data, and operations teams to scale human transformation through technology. As a member of the executive leadership team, he plays a key role in shaping BetterUp’s AI strategy and infrastructure.

Prior to BetterUp, Amol held senior leadership roles at Stitch Fix, Vida Health, and Life360. At Life360, he was instrumental in expanding the company’s market reach and scaling its technology to support 5x growth, ultimately contributing to its successful IPO.

Amol began his career honing his expertise in software development and quality at Microsoft, Google, and Netflix before joining Wello, a pre-seed digital fitness startup, as CTO. There, he built a product that was later acquired by WeightWatchers.

Amol holds a MS in Computer Science degree from the University of Missouri and a BS in Computer Engineering from University of Mumbai. He is passionate about building products that help people flourish.
